How to brush teeth with braces
When you get braces the orthidonics say brush your teeth 3 times a day here is some tips from me:
1. get a clean tooth brush and squirt toothpast on it
2.just star brushing teeth make sure you get under your teeth to.
3. finally get water on your tooth brush and rinse your teeth and get the toothpaste out.
4.next just put water on the tooth brush and brush your teeth with water.
5. get mouth rinse put 1/2 inch of water in the cup up and put it in your mouth.
PS. step to your mouth may get hot and burn so hurry up and put water in your mouth!

2. make sure your list stick\lip gloss is not to light or to dark for you.

when you have a crush
When you have a crush it is hard to stop starring at him. i have a crush in my class and its already rumors that i like him. when people ask do i like him i say no. but its hard to say no like i mean it. but what i do is write whatever he does in my journal. does anyone else have some more tips?
